Shipping policy

We offer Evri courier delivery on all orders for delivery in the UK and overseas. We aim to post items within 3-5 business days of placing the order and expect delivery within 2-3 working days after that in accordance with Evri's delivery guidelines.

If you would prefer I send your order via Royal Mail I will be delighted to do this for you.  Just drop me an email on potterandhare@gmail.com. 

If your item does not arrive within 1 month of purchase, a full refund will be issued ( or another item sent out)
