Periods can be daunting and sadly most kids (9+) are usually unprepared the day the arrives. When the first experience of a girl’s period is traumatic or stressful, it can negatively affect their mental health, confidence and/or relationships too.
This lovely little pretty sure is hoping to change all that!
I wanted to make a fun little set to prepare kids for their first period and also get them started on a sustainable way. It can also be for anyone starting their journey with washable period pads. The adjustment to washable period pads takes a little adjustment but once you get your head round it you'll never look back! Just rinse the pads with cold water and pop in the washing machine. There is a wet/dry bag included in the set that you can keep the pads in either used or not if you are out and about and rinse them when you get home. Its waterproof xx
It contains
1 Reusable 8inch regular size and flow pad;
1 Reusable 6inch small regular flow pad;
1 pretty dry/wet bag to store the pads in when our and about.
All contained in a pretty or fun discreet gift bag with full instructions.
The pads are towelling backed, just rinse in cold water and wash in the washing machine as normal.
