This handmade ceramic garlic and vegetable grater plate, also called a Spanish grater plate, is a bright and vibrant addition to the kitchen. Rub garlic cloves or other veg over the rough surface to create a fine paste you can use as the base of all sorts of recipes, or to mix into dressings and marinades.
It’s easier to clean than a hinged garlic crusher.
The garlic crusher measures 12cm across and comes beautifully presented in a gift box with sliding outer case so you can view the plate.
